We personally order, collect, deliver and set up your cake. Choose from a simple 7" to a more elaborate tiered cake. The standard cake is a sponge cake with butter cream icing, filling and decoration. We can now offer sponge cakes with Fondant icing. For a more elaborate cake please see www.publix.com and we can then get you a quote for the cake you would like. We can also offer fresh flowers on top of your cake (see Wedding Flowers).

Our Videographer has been capturing wedding memories for many years and specializes in UK and US Wedding couples. Your wedding video is recorded using NTSC (North American Format) or PAL (UK Format) Video Recorder to ensure top quality. No conversion is necessary. The Videographer is scheduled to be at the location from the moment you arrive to the time you depart. He captures every special moment of your big day. If possible you may get the video before you leave if not it will be shipped to you. Let us know in advance if you need it for a wedding reception back in the UK.

You can select two options for your video:-

Option 1 - The Videographer will choose 3 songs to go on your video, taking into account what is happening in your video and what he feels compliments the video the best.

Option 2 -You can choose 3 songs to accompany your video, either from our cd library or we can download your selections at an additional cost.

The wedding video is professionally edited, if time allows your videographer will contact you regarding delivery or collection of your DVD or it will mailed to you. You will get a DVD as standard. Due to the high volume of Weddings during the summer (May to October) videos may take up to 4 weeks to be dispatched.

Your videographer will meet you at your chosen wedding location on the day of your wedding.

Splash out on your special day with one of our many Wedding Vechiles - from our Stretch Limousines, Town Cars, Hummers, Mini Buses and Van.

Dependable transportation is very important for any wedding. This is why we have used the same company for 6 years. Our transporation company provides a prompt, comfortable, stylish and professional look.

The standard Limousine, which is included in some of our packages, is a 8 seater (10 at a squeeze) white or black stretch limousine. Length of hire depending on the location of your accommodation in relation to your chosen wedding location. Your wedding limousine will pick you up from you accommodation, take you to your wedding, wait and then return you back to either your accommodation or to your wedding reception location.

Our Limousines include one bottle of Non alcoholic sparkling wine for the return journey to celebrate your wedding, Red Carpet, fully uniformed driver, Just Married sign. Split Hires are not available. We can offer one-way hires. Infant Car seats are available. We can arrange longer hire time at an additional cost.

Great flowers provide the magic and elegance to a wedding. From roses to sunflowers and everything in between. We can offer simple hand tied arrangements to large bouquets and centerpieces for your wedding reception. Our most popular styles for bouquets are - hand tied cascade/teardrop and posy. The choice of colors is entirely your choice. We offer a variety of different flowers, some of our packages have Roses and others have Carnations - both hand tied arrangements. Other styles are available for an additional charge. We have found that in our experience Roses and Carnations hold up the best in the Florida heat and humidity. Other flowers are available upon request at an additional cost. The flowers will be delivered to your chosen wedding location. If you see a photo of your ideal bouquet in a magazine we will be happy to try to replicate it for you and quote a price.

Our Team of Salon Professionals will be happy to provide their services in the comfort of your chosen accommodation. All of the girls are licensed cosmetologists who are trained in all aspects of hair design and make up application and have been providing services to our Brides for many years. Their expertise will allow you to relax and be pampered whilst knowing that the end result will be fantastic. Our goal in providing these services is to have you and all your guests ready at a convenient time. Each service takes approximately 30-40 minutes.

One of the most frequently asked questions with salon services is “are they good, they won’t make me look like something from a department store counter. With big hair and lots of make up!” The answer is YES, they are very good and NO you won’t look like a department store counter model.. All the girls have worked with hundreds of British Brides and therefore are knowledgeable about our trends and styles. If you would feel more comfortable bringing a photo with you then the girls will happily use this as a guide to your requirements.

Many guests ask if they can have a trial run, which is certainly available at the prices listed however we feel that there is no need for this. The girls cannot cut or colour hair, we would recommend that you have this done prior to your departure in your regular salon

Please note if you are staying at the JW Marriott, Ritz Carlton, Orlando Marriott or WDW Swan or Dolphin Hotel there is an additional charge of $20.00 to be given in cash to the hairdresser for the paid parking.

Just because you are getting married overseas does not mean that your wedding can not reflect the decor and theme you would like for your wedding. We can offer colored bows on wedding ceremony chairs, wedding bubbles, gifts on chairs, wedding favors etc.

Themes - we can offer a variety of themes, from spring & Easter with its pastel colours, summer with its vibrant colors, Autumn with its warm colors, winter & Christmas with its golds and reds, if you have a theme let us know about it and would we be happy to assist you with the planning of any theme.

We are also happy for you to have items shipped directly to us - no other company offers this service.

Music adds to the beauty of a wedding. From the classic tone of a violin or flute to the elegance of a harp.

Photographs are probably one of the most important aspects of your wedding. That’s why we have professional photographers on staff to ensure you are not disappointed. Our experienced photographers capture them moments that you will share with each other for a lifetime. Quality imagery is essential and priceless for any wedding. The photo packages within our packages are 40 images, which are suitable for parties up to 25 people. Parties over 25 should consider our larger packages.

We ask 5 working days for photos to be printed. If you are leaving before this time there will be an additional local charge for mailing them to the UK. If you are leaving after 5 days then you are welcome to collect them from our office.

Our professional photographers are experienced in destination weddings. If time permits you will be able to collect your photos from our Orlando office. We ask for 5 working days to get photos processed, if you are leaving before this time, the photos will be posted to you at an additional cost - $50.00 (Express Mail) $150.00 (Fed Ex, this includes the customs costs but not duty costs). So that no-one is left out of your photos we suggest that a list is made ahead of time and given to your photographer on the day.

A CD of images is the modern day negatives and should be handled with care. We cannot take any responsibility for damage once the CD & photographs have been collected.

Your photographer will meet you at your chosen wedding location on the day of your wedding.

SUIT HIRE

To save you from having to hire in the UK for an extended period of time we offer this service locally. If you require Tuxedo Hire- please see  www.carolynallens.com

Please remember to advise them that you are with Orlando Weddings on Line as we have special rates with them. We recommend that you go to a local menswear store to be professionally measured in order that you will have a perfect fit. Tuxedos will be delivered and fitted at your chosen accommodation if in the Universal, SeaWorld and Disney Areas; otherwise you can arrange to collect them from the shop.

DRESS STEAMING

In order to look pristine on your special day we offer dress steaming in the convenience of your chosen accommodation( Subject to availability). .

Many guests ask if it is possible to have their dresses professionally cleaned before leaving resort, this is not possible due to the time, most cleaners require at least 10 days to ensure this service, If you require Dress Steaming we ask that you request more details from www.carolynallens.com
